…of light. Sparks of light. Ooooh I love lighting oil…plus it’s so pretty when you use food coloring for water before you put the oil in. Although I have not gone one day without spilling some (okay, a lot of) oil while trying to pour it in…then attempting to use toilet paper to clean it up…it’s not my fault the container doesn’t have a normal spout…

…I love ellipseses…ellipses?…ellipsisim?…

Either way, life is good, though we’re getting a bit more work as it comes close to test time. It’s inteeresting that we have only 6 or 7 midterms during scheduled midterm time, as all the teachers are being “nice” and giving us their tests early…I really do appreciate that it’s spaced out though. It’s easier than 15 midterms in a week and a half like I’m used to.

I’ve been going on some fun trips lately and am hopefully going on some more fun ones soon. Visited a long-lostish relative last week, it was really nice.

My Chesed family is soo nice and they have two adorable girls (ages 3 and 1) – they gave me a present and I gave them one!! And they live close by, a definite plus…

Well, I’ve got to go get some sleep. I’m not going to tell you how late I’ve been going to sleep this past week or so…though it’s really not my fault…but I don’t need to explain it.

As for what language I’m learning? Well, Els, if you can translate “meshuganeh” you’ll be heading in the right direction…ask your father. Plus it’s the language of your new favorite joke )

Byazzzz!!!

Wow it really has been a while. Almost a month in fact. If I tried to describe how fast time is flying – well, you wouldn’t hear me I’d be talking so fast. REALLY fast, in other words. How? Why? Wouldn’t we all like to know…

Not much has really happened – school, a few tests I hopefully did well on, a few more tests coming up – not too much schoolwork. Played doctor in a class yesterday when a girl wasn’t feeling well (Thanks to my personal favorite doctor…).  Met up with a  few long-lost friends. Had some more chavayot (experiences). How come it’s always me that interesting things happen to???

Oh I’m learning an interesting new language now (besides for German, thanks to my madricha)…it’s actually really fun…

Oh also I’m going to be in a choir competition, along w/most of the school. I’m choreographing some of the dance. Also I’m writing a skit and dance for a holiday party we’re having in a few weeks.

It’s almost the end of the semester already – about one more month! Before you know it, midterms and vacation and midwinter trip (down south  – can’t wait) and holidays and Poland trip…then summer already….whoa…I really will need shana bet. )
